Wanted some opinions on what you use for accounting and/or property management software.

-Danny Unless you have a specific PM software you use or have to use, get used to Quickbooks.

Without putting a loss in, the software was claiming I owed the same amount in taxes that I made on my flip so ... that's not right. 

Your tax software does that.

Billable Days: 1.Zillow charges a fee to list through their affiliates (we list our rentals through our property management software - who is our 'affiliate').  

Facebook groups are a good idea too, as you can reach a much larger audience (depending on how many people are in your local groups).Once you have found tenants, the best way to manage them/your property is by using property management software.

I'm curious to hear feedback from these two deal analyzer software and what would y'all recommend?

Hi All- does anyone have any advice for the best process/software for market analysis of Multi Family Real estate development.

I plan on using a property management software regardless.

Assessor’s are becoming more savvy and have access to loan data software, Costar, and they have staff on hand to look for this type of entity transfer.
