You need a strong team that can work together or I would skip the location.

But their skip tracing service isn't great.

I am looking for a reliable skip tracing platform, if anybody has experience in Florida and would like to share it be greatly appreciated, also id be interested in your conversion ratios, Im currently using propstream and while it pulls ALOT of data it may be too much and or not reliable.

The difficulty will be serving them without knowing a forwarding address for them (which they know I'm guessing), but you can hire a skip tracer, process server, or often even the sheriff's office to help with this service.
