Another thing to think about with a property of that size if you haven't done similar projects the finishes and everything in the home must be top notch, which many times can get a lot more expensive than you anticipate.

@R.P - Typically if you go to medium to big size banks, they ask for 12 month ownership before able to refinance the loan.

Unless you did all those items upon your purchase, you will will have to do what is called a Cost Segregation Study which can be cost prohibitive for SFR.I have a chart posted until resources that anyone can take a look at to see examples.Rental Depreciation Chart Class Life
