The valuation methods are:  Actual Cash Value, Functional Replacement Cost , Replacement Cost .

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

You would probably be better off investing in REITs or a income fund for security and higher returnes.

I don't know the laws around returning the security deposit.

I went to set up the Security Deposit account with my wife and I as the custodian and them as the owners, and I hit a little roadblock.The bank only allowed 1 custodian and 1 owner.

What if that could all be securely automated?
