@Mindy Jensen  we just caught one of these I was sending a small sum 15k for a rehab draw and my staff noticed the e mail request did not look right called my vendor and sure enough she had been hacked.what I personally do is send my wires instructions in my closing package.. written form then I ask title to call me and give me or my staff the numbers verbally to double check.

I currently have a 16 acre parcel zoned as rural residential 10 that I would like to break into 3 parcels, essentially re-zoning as rural residential 5, but our county has recently buckled down on parcel divisions so I want to hear what others have done to get the county to grant a re-zoning request or an exception for a specific lot/ lots.

I do not know about in Maryland, but in Texas if the home has been inspected recently and the inspection report was made available to the seller(s) then they must make this report available upon request to other potential buyers in the near future.
