So far this month we've been wrapping up outstanding jobs to try and get us down to just the one big SFD we bought that needs boatloads of work.Two weeks prior have been pretty good, however today was pretty tough.

In 2013, The outstanding balance on the original note was $79K.The note being foreclosed on now looks like a 2nd or possibly a 3rd lien.

I believe the manufactures are in the rental business, if it's feasible for a even a small fleet like 6, I'd say they'd already be there.
