In North CA when a home has 29 offers in SFBA East Bay and seller accepted a plain looking mid 1950s >41M over asked price.

I hear tenants destroy air conditioners down south and destroy heaters up north.

Here on the north side I have had no issues with crime and neither have any of my clients.
