Ask how it's being advertised and look online to see if you can find the ads.

Hi all,I'm an investor in the Greater Philadelphia area and am looking for properties (5+ bed or multi unit) for rehab/rent or just rent.From what I'm seeing there are a few wholesalers operating in the area. 

@Anita Ahuja I have done BRRRR deals for a multi faimly property in Bay Point and worked out well.

East Boston is pretty tricky for rental as multies are more valued based on condo potential rather than "true rental property".

I have friends and their friends who want me to help them purchase some properties (single & multi-family units) in the states (a way for them to keep their assets safe and growing) and they would want me to manage those properties for them. 

The rule of thumb is it lowers it 15 degrees from what outside is when it is low humidity...so even if it is 100 with no hum that is still only 85 degrees...best be getting A/C.

also I think we might go multi family on the second property so I'm hoping to also count those rents.

Flipping in any major city requires a lot of money. in Boston you at 500k to get into a condo. then 1 million for house or multi if your lucky!
