When the reversal comes from the Credit Card company, from my experience PayPal offers the seller no protection.

A smaller home can offer a lower price point and the ability to renovate so that you can rent it out in as little as 6-12 months.If you buy as a primary you can put as little as 5% down since rates right now are still high 20% is not going to move the rate that much since PMI helps get a lower rate.

There will be lawsuits....you may win the lawsuit, but if you have to pay expensive lawyers and spend time in Texas on the defense in a hotel, with meals and all other expenses...it will not be fun.One thing you have to think about is if you are an accredited investor or hang out with plenty of accredited investors.
