Just joined here to help expand my knowledge on real-estate development, namely in purchasing multi-unit housing (revenue properties).

Those folks who join the program pay a couple bucks to get some high level basic exposure to the asset class and it is not a bad idea.

It costs $100 to join for the year and they will try to up sell you on investor education at their meetings, however the forum is excellent.

This is certainly a community I am happy to join in and be a part of.
