You also need to contact your state business and regulation dept. that issues your state business licenses and file a complaint, submit the same research and reasoning you submitted to the lender to the state, and they will determine if it warrants an investigation into the Appraiser.

I don't know what your lease says, but mine says that after the tenants report a problem, the landlord will take a reasonable time to investigate it and arrange for the repair.
