We are trying to figure out what would be better approach towards this situation our scenarios are: ask for the seller concession vs get the quote from egress window company for the install and ask for seller concession to cover it vs if we can't get a quote in time to dispute inspection, ask the seller to install the egress window themselves before closing?

You would need to give the tenant a 30 day notice, and it must be sent  no later than December 28th in order to reach the tenant in time and still give him or her a full 30 day notice.

Ideally I would like to work with someone who is flexible, easy to work and communicate with, experienced and knowledgeable, very thorough, and willing to put in time and effort.Also, I assume agents would be residential not commercial for properties of this size and type, or would either type of agent work for my situation?
