In general you seem to understand that the current window layout is awkward. 

Stop using fixed rules you hear on the internet, they're all BS.

I personally prefer to stay diversified We are living in an amazing era with the internet.

I have a couple spots that got left unwatered bc of sprinkler layout (which i've fixed now) but no matter how much water i put on it it stayed dead.

also be very careful of advanced fee schemes that are rampant on the internet and here on BP you may get a PM  hey howzit  you looking for a loan then back and forth then your approved magically all U need is to send them 500 to 1500 bucks to do the docs and the money has to be in gift cards or some silly thing like that.. 

Without inflating the dollar, along with going to war, we wouldn't have air conditioning, refrigerators, food surplus, obesity, TV, the Internet, computers, cell phones, airplanes, aluminum foil, lasers, mass transportation, radar, GPS, cheap clothing, an abundance of fuel, "forever stamps", office chairs, lots and lots and lots of housing sub divisions and everything in them.
