@Lacey A.I think we should talk about where not to use it - for example in a forum like BPIt’s ok to use it if you want to write a blog post and have it help but for a forum post these are not meant to be 2000 words and it is very easy to spotLet’s interact as people and get true opinions in a forum

Everyone who matters, and plenty of people who don't, already go to either Shawn's clubs (the last Wed and Fri of the month in Anaheim and Tustin respectively) and/or Kaaren's club (I've been to that one once and I think it's on Thu night's and I know it is in Costa Mesa).Shawn's format is cool because he interviews the speaker and you get some interactivity with the Q&A.

Learning to interact with investors is another. 

A good agent knows how to interact and what information to research and share with the seller/seller agent to get you the best deal possible.

I learned in real estate that the best solution is to be honest and transparent in your interactions with partners, tenants, contractors etc.

Based on the tremendously positive feedback that the Cleveland Price & Neighborhood Map has gotten from clients and users on BiggerPockets, we've decided to put more effort into making it an interactive map that can be zoomed to street level through the Google maps platform.

I would love to be able to make my app a tutorial for what you just described that is interactive and helps people see how they can save and become FI.
