Thanks1) No it's not necessary, there is a lot of information available online or easy to retrieve by the county.

Although Larimer County hasn't had some of the development issues and moratoriums that Weld County is experiencing, it's still good information for what developers could be facing down the road in Larimer.

Should I invest in my own property, saving money on land costs, or purchase another property else where?

Details of my situation below...My wife & I are currently in the middle of  a 1031 Exchange where we're selling a condo in Boston and using the funds to purchase a triplex in Worcester.

I'm about to purchase a property for a short term rental and trying to figure out whether to hold the property in a newly formed LLC, trust or in my personal name. 

The higher the PPP the better the rate and vice versa.I might be giving away a huge tip for other lenders, but this is my thought process when I purchase investment properties: I focus on cash flow, but only buy properties in areas that will appreciate (secondary goal for me).
