Once we add another 2 parks we plan to hire a regional manager which will handle just about everything for us which at that point we should be able to set everything on autopilot which is what we wanted to do hiring 3rd party management.So that said, what we're finding is that for multifamily, it's more time efficient and a better business model to manage in house as long as you have the right model and are able to implement the proper standards and controls to run a smooth ship.

If you find you’re not making what you thought you would, change up your AirBnB tactics (i.e. find a cheaper cleaning service, get professional photos taken, have a minimum of 2-nights per stay, make your cancellation policy more stringent/less stringent, minimize pricing, spruce up your house, etc.) or cut-rope and rent out with long-term leases.I'm a huge spreadsheet geek.
