I would like to take this time and ask if anyone has any tips or suggestions please reach out as all advice is helpful.

If someone cared enough to check that one beforehand that terrible deal (rip off) would have been avoided before it was even offered.

One tip that I haven't put into practice but perhaps you'll find useful as you're starting out: hit up the local library for books.

Or,  should I give them permission in writing,  just for this year, to take care of the Notorious portion of OCEAN? 

Really too much to list and think of right now, but all the tips and pointers would be great.
