I will double check this with an accountant, but off hand does anyone know whether the taxes due in each state are only from income made in that state or are they from the LLC's address state?

I can always transfer more if needed.To maintain the Agricultural exemption and extremely favorable tax status, i'd have to run a couple of cows on the property and let them graze.

The sellers agent/property manager told me that they would provide leases and such from the current tenants upon closing and would transfer the money from tenants deposits (they didn’t collect last months rent) from these tenants to me directly after closing.
