Just wanted to briefly introduce myself and familiarize myself with the forum!

I'm new to REI investing so i'm looking through the forums to see what local investors are doing in Florida!

Both of my grandfather's had single family rentals in their younger years and have encouraged me to look into rentals, which has lead me to Bigger Pockets I've been voraciously consuming old podcast episodes, the last few webinars, forums posts etc. 

Try to post this in the Tennessee forum and ask for bank recommendations there. 

I read the through the forum, people suggest PM to inspect the property every year.
