In my case, I want to keep properties in different parts of the country and have a good property management company to take care each of them (so less headache and more time to focus on increasing your RE Assets).

My focus is civil litigation, especially RE contract disputes.

I am still working on my last flip and hope to be done with that soon so I can solely focus on Spec building and new construction.

Azani Peterkin first get a good deal and the buyer will chase you, or if you post I️t on the BP marketplace you should get a buyer (if it’s truly a great deal) I’m not trying to discourage you just Focus on having truly amazing deals and the buyers will beg to go onto your list.

My company is an investment focused brokerage that also does property management/hard money and are the highest rated investment firm in the Twin Cities.  

But that would be 2 years of strictly focusing on school.
