This helps with claims about dirty water etc.Either way you go, the takeaway is being able to consistently maintain a certain level of service and being prepared to integrate this into your team's schedule/management work flows. 

These steps will be fare more helpful in providing the protections you are seeking.

Those have to come off your rental income to get a realistic net dollars per door for income.Hope it helps a little.  

Be willing to work/help for free and bring them value.
