Your group should consult with an accountant experienced in tax planning for real estate investments and cost segregation.

It would take several hours of general explanation and then another couple of hours of custom analysis by an experienced accountant.I can only give you a few starting pointers, but each one really has a LOT more to it than a short sentence.1.

In the webinar, step 1 is to find an investor friendly real estate agent. 

I'm renting out my Bay Area SFH to family members but if I were renting to strangers I would most likely use an experienced PM company. 

I am aware of the monthly Delreia meeting each month, but I would love to create another meet up with any newbie investors and experienced investors to work partner up and or compare notes.

Congrats on your early success... have you been finding your own deals or are you sifting through deals from wholesalers, investors, agents, etc.?

Do you believe the real estate agents who promote themselves and certain markets through the  BP forums list properties for free when they are contacted?
