In a mobile home park or RV park, most of the value is in the underground infrastructure, roads, landscaping, amenities, pools, fencing, pads, utility pedestals, etc, while only a small portion of the value comes from a building.

Curious to get people's thoughts on how they think this will affect the rental landscape in #Colorado and #Denver. 

One time I pulled into one’s driveway that looked super nice on the outside, (freshly cut lawn, clean landscaping, clean windows and siding, etc) and the neighbor came walked up and said he had the last remaining key to the house and asked if I wanted to go inside.

Do they specify who pays which utilities, or maintains the landscaping, snow removal.

The easy way to make homes look more updated is exterior work(landscaping, paint, lights, etc).
