By keeping the damage to "rich" ppl the politicians have hedged their bets bc when some nefarious actor comes alone with a scam syndication and walks off with all the LP's cash, the headline risk is low.

EMD is standard pretty much across the board, it's not a scam

When you make a post asking for "PL" you will only find businesses offering loans, which will be vastly different in terms and rates than what you were taught, or you will run into scams. 

Given your follow up email it sounds like a scam. 

Because it takes repetition for people to remember things and you have to be top-of-mind when they encounter a potential client for you!

What are some constant problems people encounter in real estate that could be solved by technology?

I can get see about getting the source if needed, but I was informed by a pest control company themselves that termites do not live in Michigan and that you are most likely encountering carpenter ants or flying ants.
