The test was not easy and I didn't feel prepared. 

I have my CA real estate license and am testing for the MO license in August.

Lot of fist fights in the driveway, kicking each other's cars, cousins and friends getting into fights with them, and at one time I think they were boarding a fugitive because about a dozen cops swarmed on the house (I was watching my surveillance cameras in horror) and grabbed some guy that was running from them and hauled him away in handcuffs.My neighbors think my tenants are drug dealers.

This is a test case so to speak. 

I've watched and seen other people do this every day, but drug my feet till I found this site and a great mentor that I lean on a ton.  

I have not yet done any deals myself so I haven't tested them out.

The riff-raff that I got as tenants inherited a bunch of money (or made it selling drugs), but no matter how much money they have, they're still riff-raff.

@Jaren WoeppelWith real estate licenses we have something called reciprocity. which means if you are licensed in one state, other states have approved their education requirements so all you need to do is pass a test and not take more classes.  

@Joshua Woolls There are two ways to test your knowledge:1) Your research2) Your checkbook.If you fail to do the first thoroughly, you will surely have an opportunity to do the second.

I walked out of my job that Friday I took my courses online in about a week, and tested a week later.
