I don’t find this question helpful, my answer is who cares why they are selling if the numbers work.Everything you need to know should be included in the documentation on the property, rental rider, leases, sale price, disclosure, and the rest is available in the home inspection report.More important than what questions to ask your realtor about the home is what questions to ask your realtor about themselves... do they specialize in investment properties?
