Has anyone done a 1031 into a Delaware Statutory Trust?

I would do an electric car if we put solar at our house and at our main self storage location we go to.  

Our attorney/CPA advised us to have our holding company based in Delaware (which is where we the managers reside in the structure).

I prefer Grocery IQ over Amazon because I can add descriptions to each item such as "Unit A Bathroom Ceiling CFL 18w Sylvania 20683 CF DELUX D/E."

Have you seen the solar panel AC/Heat units ?

A good example of this is solar for churches.

The only reason that I accepted partial payment is that I thought they were decent people having temporary difficulties.Please experienced landlords, De-mistify the human nature of the problem tenant.

I've seen several homes put up for rent with solar and the rent they fetch isn't much more than a similar unit without solar.
