For me - if I am at a computer...the internet is soooo tempting (hence why I am currently on BP)...and so is sleep ;-) So the class setting worked better for me, plus you get to network a bit.

I was a little younger than you when I first made good money I worked at a major investment bank with computers) and by the time I was in my last year of high school I made a good amount more than anyone in the school, teachers included.

Not all tenants have computers.

@Trevor Tilton @Andrew Syrios   I am buying in these same areas and just ran into a stump on my first refi, had to call appraiser and reorder a full one, not a desktop.

They bought two containers, books, and computers for a school there.

The seller did not have a cell phone, e-mail, social media, or a computer.

Digital marketing is probably the best to have and it needs to be on your own computer.  

I'm in the North Texas area and having a difficult time finding deals and getting off the computer.
