My area of focus is multi family, and we own 57 units in Abq.The city is very diverse, there are some great neighborhoods and some less desirable ones.

You could also threaten to cancel the purchase if they don’t close as scheduled but that may or may not work depending on if their property is desirable to others or not.

If you're talking about dups/tris, for example, having more than one broker searching MLS listings will be redundant and perhaps frustrating for the agent.

I’ll be house hacking and it’s only one property of few I’ve seen in the past 3 months in my desired area that will cash flow positive.

And i assume you’d keep building that up even though you have a desired amount whatever that is?
