It makes more sense that you misread something......I haven’t seen any association that approached owning 100 units thru foreclosure.

High end ones are designed for full timers, but my basic unit (a 22' North Trail) specifically notes in the manual its not intended for continuous occupancy and that moisture will be an issue if use it heavy.

Hi Noah,The way it works here in Washington, and I'm sure it's the same or very similar everywhere else, you have to hang your license with a designated broker.

Find out what a lender erquires, then you have a goal to work towards, though I think you'll be surprised how the lending system is designed to help you, not roadblock you.

GRM may be valuable to indicate value based on an Income Approach, but my understanding is that a Comparison Approach (comps) is typically used for 2-4 unit multi-family.
