I buy a decent amount of property but I look at more than I buy, and I keep my eye on a lot of stuff I have no interest in (outside my demographic, geographic area, price, etc) just to see what the market thinks of these properties.

I'd also make sure that this includes putting the front landscape back together, especially if sidewalks or concrete in the driveway needs to be demoed to get to the pipe.
