I would check with the inspector on this as you may have to do spray foam.Just wanted to give you some things to dive a bit deeper in and see if you can save some money/thinking about all aspects.

However, I'm curious about this point.............Thanks I would certainly check with you state. . when I met with the ORegon investigator on the Oregon case. that was one thing she delved into how can these brokers be listing properties for people that don't own them. the only way I know is the original owner has to sign the listing contract. and I suppose some will do that.. but then why let the middle man make fees when you could just list it. the state investigator was asking me this..
