I have had a couple of addresses over the years and usually I have used UPS, but lately I have seen a lot of virtual option popping up ... earthmail ... regus ... digital mailroom ... there seem to be quite a few.Would anyone have feedback on the best route to go?

I mention this because if you're working with a lender or broker and tell them up front that you intend to payoff your loan in a few months, they probably arent going to waste time on you because they dont want to work for free.

I'm getting to a point where I might want to pursue a lender for future investments but am trying to understand how these lenders choose people to work with.These types of lenders are called "Hard Money" because they are not betting on the borrower.
