One of my employees told me her daughter was in a car accident.

Welp my son move up here with his family; Wife, daughter (wee I have a cute granddaughter, lol) and sister in law, that and counting my family (My wife and 13 year old son) is now a bit crowed here in my wee little 2 bedroom apartment.For some reason my credit score dropped way down which I think I discussed it in another forum, but its now back up to over 580 (via TransUnion) which I am hoping is enough for a FHA Loan.

I know if it were my daughter, I would help her write a letter to the management and attach a copy of the clause in the contract that they are violating, state clearly you did not receive internet or any compensation to cover it, and then ask for what you want, either a reduction in rent or internet installed immediately or released from your lease so you can move without penalty, whatever.  

I got this email for the nice family I showed the house to last night (husband, wife, 12 year old son (very introverted so hopefully not a let's-punch-through-the-walls teenager) and 2 year old daughter)"Good Evening: My name is ... and we had the pleasure of viewing your property for rent yesterday evening.

She seems to be a potential long-term tenant (two young daughters who go to school in the area and she works in the same city) so we are going to try to work with her.

This property really reminds me of properties I looked at with my daughter around the Monterey, CA area. 

My daughter had everything she needed to buy a place, and got pre-approved, and they kept asking her for the same documents over and over, to make sure she still had the same income, and the same savings, etc.  

I told her that your daughter is not paying rent and she must leave or I will file for an eviction.

If I were renting to your family, daughter, or grandma, you may appreciate that we try to get it right - and send the survey to keep your property on the track to success.
