So I get where people can get frustrated.Failing for things that are dangerous in nature I understand, but when there are things on the list like needs to replace toilet seat....needs to paint exterior door two different shades....needs to install CO detector on second floor (which there was) cut grass in back yard (he was referring to the grass outside my property line...)

I am not saying that these are not factors to consider, but more steps should be taken before a final decision is made.If you really get a "gut" feeling that this is not a good person, I feel that there are better ways to deal with it than by putting yourself in a potentially dangerous situation.
