I'd check their credit first.........just kidding.If you'd give more specifics as to type of property, lease term, etc, I might be able to help.If you're talking federal, most leases go through the GSA.

I have deal with four different property management before but never have this kind of bad terms and customer service!!

For the first time in many years I actually got a refunded check from IRS. 

Do you return the money as a check as soon as they sign the lease, refund the last months rent for the following term, something else?

can we do a background check on tenant that is already in lease and in the property?

I want to check on the loan prospects for buying the land.

I've read that this is allowable, but that city will check to see if all work has been done correctly, pull permits, etc.
