Regardless of the amount of revenue you generated personally it wasn't your actual site doing the work, it was you & your skilled service.. it seems like its been an awesome lead source but the traffic wasn't monetized so the actual site is probably only worth 400-500 to someone else.

I think where is best to begin is to evaluate yourself first, you knowledge base and skills capabilaties.

It sucks, but is a necessary step given the lack of computational skills from agents, investors, and other sellers, out there.
