Its a gamble, but I think rates will moderate so when you transfer them to the LLC you might be able to get better rates on the commercial loans when you refinance during the Title transfer.

Germain act allows you to transfer some properties without triggering the due on sale clause - there are limitations around the type of loan you have, how many units the property are, etc.

@Joe Lee, if you have created the LLC and transferred ownership from yourself personally into the name of the LLC you should have the tenants sign a new contract.
