I have worked with many FHA buyers and I only had a problem with one property where the garage roof was in terrible condition and needed to be replaced.  

Obviously, there are several considerations: price of home, financing options/terms, "condition" of home, etc..

What things are selling for per sq ft based on the condition of the home.

But each house on the same street is in different conditions, sizes, lot sizes and do not have the unique feature of a ginormous house garage.If there is any advice you can provide me I would be quite greatful.

Depending on the condition of your property it's not unusual to acquire a property that has no utilities turned on until you're far enough into the remodel that they can be.

Others are leaving new damage behind.They’re obviously saying they don’t trust you with keys (or don’t want you to see current condition) but you’re supposed to trust them.

Surely the loan can be moved to another product that will accept this condition. 

The utilities will be done on the property in two weeks then drywalled shortly after, so the current condition of the property really limits my options.

I agree, they do have a lot of terms and conditions to read through.
