It also sends the guests text messages when they book, the day they check in and the day they leave.I own LTR about 50 or so of them all in Oregon most of which are within an hour of me.

BPCON is a GREAT place to network, find accountability partners, learn from tons of speakers, meet your favorite podcast hosts and authors, and even close deals while you're there (it wouldn't be a first!) 

Ex: Rentable podcast studio, general storage, photo shoot, airbnb experience, luggage storage for people waiting to check into their STR, etc...Check out Peerspace for some creative ideas
