@Vinh HuynhNot sure what your local ordinances allow, but have you considered a model such as padsplit?

Would love to know what model has worked for you guys to scale up your business as I try and build up my own from 2 SFH's at the moment, while maintaining some level of sanity...

I am wondering how much longer this model is going to last and when it pops if landlords are going to go after tenants really hard (sue) who were arbitraging airbnb.
