It is appropriate for CA investors as well.I personally foreclosed on more than 200 LA based investors that had no clue as to what they were doing got talked into buying out of state by LA based marketing companies that neither owned the asset or were licensed to sell the asset..

You get on the bus at one place and get off them at another.I suggest you either start at the most recent filing and work backwards enough to collect 100 records, wait for enough records to group one month's worth, or go to multiple courts and collect sufficient data to create the database size you are looking to work.You could mail a database of 100 records (or 200 or 1,000) every month of two and provide a different message, more appropriate to the PR after a few months have elapsed
