So I ended up cancelling the order.In the grand scheme of things having tenants wait a month for a part seems excessive, but it is what is it if this is the only one I've been able to find.

Rent would be $1100, which is less than we are paying in a small apartment now (if you can believe that!)

An exception might be an empty apartment building that can be readied within a few months for a reasonable amount-100k or so.
