Hi all, If I'm considering purchasing a duplex where one unit is a Section 8, is there any additional documentation/paperwork beyond the lease that I should ask to review when conducting my due diligence/property analysis?

We found our partners networking at local REIA's and BP events :) We kept in touch over the last year or so continuously having each other review deals we felt could be a good investment, eventually it worked out.

PM would enter invoices into the PM software, we used to review the larger bills to be paid every week and they would cut the checks, etc.
