It works for us just fine.Having said that, you need to get the price right and decent financing etc.

It’s by far the most forgiving strategy and you don’t have to hit a home run for it to change your life.

I met a loan officer there who wants to work with people who doesn't want to do contracts or assign contracts,from start to finish for a profit.

I will definitely be consulting a tax professional with this, but I do think we can make it work.

To them, their work is their contribution, and they happen to have pools of investors that are okay with that.  

I am in process of moving some of our long term rentals to Mid-Term (30-180 day) rentals,  We currently use Buildium to manage our long term rentals and it working decently. 

About a year or two ago I pivoted and started flipping and finding alternative strategies, but I have realized those cannot replace this strategy, they can be in addition to it, but I need to continue buying, moving, and keeping as a rental every couple of years because this really is the best strategy for building long term wealth.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

You have control over it but it will be a lot more work.
