The idea that large, well-equipped organizations like major nation governments will fail, making currency unstable, and that shadow currencies with no track record and virtually no administration or organization will be a "safe" alternative, makes me laugh.

I am not asking in this thread about administrative applications, contact managers, tax software, etc.I use Microsoft Windows, and after some review of the market, I bought Realty Analytic's software.  

That all still lies with the carriers, or their contacted third-party claims administrators.

This, in theory, should stimulate demand and cause home prices to rise, in their thinking.The current administration promotes unbridled greed.

As far as I know that has not been changed under the Trump administration. 

That would not be a good investment, ask the current administration.

The Biden administration is trying to see if they can legally wipe out up to $50K of student debt. 

They make tons of money on administrative fines too. 

If they vote for administrations similar to the current one, we can expect things to get worse as they have gotten worse for a while.

I am doing business administration because of the classes it offers in finance, economics, and marketing.
