Due to traveling, work, and other events I have yet to make it to a meet-up; it is a goal to attend one or two Southern Maine BP meet ups before the year is up!

I travel internationally a lot for work, and am beginning to explore how I could build a small portfolio of homes in the cities I work out of. 

My passion is traveling; with that being said It’s advisable for me to seek a location independent real estate strategy.

This property has a 3 year lease on it for 1350.00 a month.118  is a small travel trailer.

Are there any actors out there in this business who can offer some advice to a newbie or anybody involved in a traveling lifestyle and also a real estate investor?

A lot of traveling to say the least.

My JOB is very flexible as well - I work from home 100% of the time and only travel about 15% if necessary so I think I can be attentive and work around client schedules.

However, with a little "sweat equity," flexibility, resourcefulness, & time - I was able to NEVER pay $1 on the home, it paid for my travels for 6 months, & cash flows $500/month on top of my mortgage!
