Hello,I am relatively new to real estate investing as I purchased my multi-family building in Chicago back in 2021 putting in twenty percent down of the purchase price.

Petersburg market, but I’m open to single family homes as well, if I can find a good deal.

Mine was one of them and because we are just a small family, I think they want to sell it to us rather than investors.

If that's what you really want, maybe a friend or family member would enjoy making some extra money.

Looking into single family houses or multifamily, as there is an actual land that you own and potentially build ADU/DADU in the foreseeable future.

Hey Chris,The first question for most lenders is exactly what @Devin Peterson said, they want to see experience doing larger multi-families.
