Reading Ray's article actually inspires one to take on a certain 'take charge of the deal' attitude doesn't it?

After investing in passive properties - Tunkey properties - they found those properties and their actions as inspirational motivation to call themselves investors.  

So I'm fresh from a live seminar featuring Tony Natoli from flip this house and he inspired me to finally go after my dreams.

Hello, i came across this site about a week ago interested in Real estate, coasting through the forums and searching for material that could help me gain some knowledge or give me a head start in the right direction.I came across a motivational thread on books, so i went to borders, bought rich dad poor dad - Read that book in about 3 days ( very inspiring and a eye opener ) i am currently reading Think and Grow Rich, by N.Hill and re authored for the 21 century, interesting but a motivational book at best, after this book id like to read some books that i can actually get some hard knowledge on the subject, im just not sure how to start, where to begin to read?

Others, some of them with decades of experience in financing and financial regulation were cautioning those who might read your initial post and be inspired by your enthusiasm that the methodologies being exposed could land you in the cross hairs of the regulators.I understand Orange is the new Black and all, but for some folks, orange just isn't that flattering.
