Originally, Seller signed contract and willing to do dye test and repair sewer line if it fail the municipal inspection.Then came the contingency period, I paid about $700 for home inspector , hvac and plumber come for home inspection.After that, the dye test failed, plumber quoted $5000 for sewer line repair.
